Q. Do I need maintenance with my machine(s)?
Most photocopiers/printers these days require regular servicing and maintenance to keep them in optimum working condition. We take the hassle of worrying about them breaking down away from you, as well as replacement parts, toners and so on, as part of our service. Konica Minolta devices are a high quality brand, and you can expect first class performance and excellent reliability when properly serviced.
Q. What does the maintenance contract cover?
With all of our machines, we offer a service package that includes all parts, consumables and labour charges, so there are no hidden surprises. You can easily see what the fleet will cost you, and potential cost increases that may appear in the future. In this way, we can be sure that machines are used with manufacturer supplied consumables and spare parts for optimum performance.
Q. Do you know the Engineers you send out?
Yes, they all work for us. All of our service engineers are professional, manufacturer trained, and perform a high level of servicing, as specified in the manufacturers service manuals, at times when it is convenient for the customer. They will always be well presented, knowledgeable and happy to explain what the current situation is, estimated times and so on.
Q. What happens when it comes to our contract?
Most contracts are charged as a “click charge” according to usage of the machine in £’s per 1000 copies, and there is no minimum monthly fee. The maximum allowable usage is as specified by the manufacturer for each particular machine, so the billing is always simple to follow, and transparent. We always highlight when there may be additional costs possible in the future.
Q. What is a your service level agreement?
We offer either 4 or 8 hour guaranteed response times as part of our contracts, at different costings to fit your budget. We want to ensure you have as little downtime as possible, and our calls are usually dealt with much quicker
