Data may be shared with third parties as part of our contracted services, our administration and/or if we are required to do so by UK law. Whether we are sharing data with third parties and/or as a “data processor”, we cannot accept liability for any processing outside our remit.
Data may be transferred to a third country – i.e. in cloud storage or when processed for marketing. All feasible security measures are in place. We have conducted due diligence on any service we may utilise and are assured of the security measures in place.
Data is held whilst still relevant to the purpose for which they were collected. Once no longer of relevance, all destruction is by secure means.
In accordance with current legislation, we have conducted a cookie audit on our website. “Cookies” are internet files which are utilised by the internet on your computer to view websites. Our systems utilise cookies for analytical purposes – so that we may monitor and improve our website. None of the cookies utilised are intrusive on your system. You are at liberty to disable cookies through your internet browser but this may affect your visitor experience.
None of the above affects your rights under the legislation, in particular your right to access the data we hold on you. If you wish to request a copy of your data, please submit it in writing/email to the Company. You may request a copy of the personal information we may hold on you – this should be submitted in writing or email (details on the website). Please include enough information to enable us to identify you and search for appropriate data.
